The high quality aluminum screen printing pallets is manufactured in 5 different sizes and can be purchased with or without the aluminum mounting bracket.
Our standard aluminum screen printing pallet is the 40cm x 60cm pallet with mounting bracket.
If you use a flash cure to heat the print before applying the next colour the aluminum screen printing pallets is definitely the way to go. These high quality pallets will not bend as they get heated. We manufacture the aluminum screen printing pallet in 5 different sizes to suit your specific production requirement:
14cm x 60cm – suited for sleeves
20cm x 60cm – suited for T-shirts
30cm x 60cm – suited for T-shirts
40cm x 60cm – suited for T-shirts
50cm x 70cm – suited for T shirts
Please notice that one of our pallets is a screen printing sleeve pallet.
The aluminum pallet is 6mm thick and has a neck carving used to position the T-shirt on the screen printing pallet.
The screen printing pallets can be purchased with or without mounting brackets for the WEISS screen print carousel series. The mounting bracket is manufactured of aluminum and manufactured with two large knobs with a good grip for tightening the screen printing pallet to the pallet arm.
